It has been a very busy past week or so.. I don't even know why!!. Not to much has happened I suppose.. We got to See and get our picture taken with The Stanley Cup a couple of weekends ago, that was VERY exciting!.
Work has been hectic to say the least, having to do January returns.. of 50-60 thousand dollars worth of Merch. With NO Boxes to add is fun, to say the least!. But it is slowly going out the door, and we are working like busy bee's around there!. We lost one of our workers due to.. well who know a mixture of a bunch of different things, and their path was no longer one that fit into their busy life schedule, so Now it is just down to the 4 of us. We all went out for drinks and food on Saturday night, that was a good time to say the least. I thought I was loud, then I got paired up with Kayla Ballz..... haha.. she showed me up..
I got my hair colored on Friday, I needed a change I was feeling really bored of the blonde on top, and wanted a bit of a natural look.. okay well, not really. I have some blonde still in their, but a lot less noticable then it was!, and I LOVE IT!. I'll post some pics when I get a chance!.
I have been contimplating the Church issue A LOT lately. I feel that I personally need to attend church like I used to. I feel very open to going to a new church, I would have to find a new one to attend here in Lloyd. There are so many choices and where to go I will have to attend a few morning sermons to see if that is where I feel that I could Spiritually be accpeted and happy!.
I do know a few, as our neighbours attend the first baptist, and a few customers attend as well, which I talk to frequently about life,god, and the thrope center. (Which is a recovery home for people needing help with Addictions). I have also thought a lot lately about helping people, that I feel like somthing inside of me is telling me to reach out a bit more. I LOVE helping people, and I love being around them, and with knowing a few people through work whom work at the Thrope center. Who Knows! it will all fall into place like everything usually does. But I do know that I need to get in touch with God again, and open that door for myself.
I am reading a bunch of different books, the Theo Fleury book- playing with Fire, and The Sermon on the Mount by Emmet Fox. Both REALLY great books, I am hooked on the Theo book, as it is a ver real dose of reality and insight into someones life. As the Sermon on the mount is a little bit of a tougher read as I have to focus, and have no distrations reading it. It is a explanation of the Bible, and what it all means, what we interpert the bible verses into, and how they help us understand people, relationships, and moments in our life. I was given this book about 4 years ago by a complete stranger, and still yet to finnish it. So THIS is my goal, finnish the book, and Incorporate it to my life!.
The day today was long, the kiddies are in bed, and I am exhausted, and still need to fit my work out in here tonight!.

a Fresh Start to a New year!

SO here we go! a Fresh start to a whole new year!. New beginnings are upon us!
Christmas was Wonderful, we didnt make it to Edmonton or Penticton to spend Christmas Day with Jaret's parents or mine. But we had a wonderful day just the 4 of us, and went for dinner at some friends of ours, It was SOOOO Tastey!!! =) thank you for the Invite Deb, Barry & Alicia!.
We drove to Edmonton on the 28. The 29 was Noah's 3rd Birthday and what a great day that was, we celebrated by opening presents with Uncle Adam Uncle Justin, My Dad, Mama C, Jaret, Linden and I. We had a HUGE OMG to die for steak lunch/dinner as it was our Christmas Day as well with my Parents and Little Brothers. Noah had a Cinnamon bun for his cake, (gotta change it up a bit!!) and he was spoiled of course!. Then we opened presents for Christmas, and That was awesome! I made Blankets for Adam and Justin this year, thought I'd do somthing different and somthing they could really get attatched to, That they are!. Jaret and I got a bunch of great stuff and a New Deep Freeze! THANK GOD!! we needed one pretty bad!.



December 30 we headed to my Brother and Jordan's house for some turkey dinner, and Christmas with them and My Mom. WOW the house smelled SOO Good as soon as you drove up!!!!. As usual Matt's house was decadently Decorated with fancy Christmas smelling scents, and treats, and decorations, I felt so bad for even just looking, cause well with 2 kids, things can really fall apart, and look like a tornado came through!!!. But Dinner was amazing the kids got some fantastic new gear! Great toys!! and Jaret and I got a new Tony Hawk Ride, we havnt had much of a chance to sit ... well stand and play it, but I think since christmas is over, and we dont have to leave the house as much we'll be pro's in no time flat!. Mom got Noah a pretty rad Car's cake for his birthday and a bunch of new cars gear!.





New years eve we took Noah skating.. haha what a good times that was... it was FREEZING OUT... like -25 or more. BUT we had to, Grandma and Grandpa got Noah new skates for christmas, and we HAD TO use them, let alone Jaret and I got new skates too!, so we headed out to the rink down the street all bundled up,... Noah enjoyed it. was a little miffed he couldnt have a hockey stick like his Uncle's though!!!. We're gunna have to take him out this weekend, again and get him practicing!! For New years we just hung out at home with the parent's and some of their friends, Very nice people and they have 2 little boys as well, their oldest really took to Noah this time, makeing sure he was okay in the pool, and feeding him LOADS of treats... I am suprised neithe of the 2 threw up!!!!. It was a Great way to bring in the new year, great food, and good company!.






We are now home and settling in, Loads of laundry to be done, and it seems like it never will end!!. Back to work today and kinda glad to be back. I really missed it!. Weird eh!!. but it is my place. It's where I relax, it's where I can just be me, and slip away!.

Like I said, my new years resolution.. Blog more.. So this is my first attempt... and Wish me Luck!!
